The Director General National Accountability Bureau (NAB) (Sindh) Major General Haroon Sikandar Pasha called on Provincial Ombudsman Sindh, Yousuf Jamal here on Wednesday. He remained with him for some time and exchanged views on matters of mutual understanding. The talks were aimed at achieving better co-ordination in the pursuit of the common objectives of the two public services institutions and making joint efforts to foster good governance and a corruption free administration in the province.

DG NAB and Sindh Ombudsman laid emphasis on achieving progress and prosperity and accelerating the pace of development of the country in general and Sindh province in particular.

Yousuf Jamal briefed DG NAB about the working and achievements of his institution and presented him a copy of the latest annual report along with a copy of Restructuring and Expansion plan of the Ombudsman organisation being implemented under the guidance of governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan.

Major General Haroon Sikandar Pasha appreciated the efforts of Sindh Ombudsman in dispensing inexpensive administrative justice and ensuring speedy redressal of grievances of the aggrieved.
